From Vision To Action: The Mediating Effect Of Control Systems On Strategy Implementation: A Case Study On Local Development Bank- Mostaganem Agency.

Abstract
This study aims to explore the mediating effect of control systems on strategy implementation. Utilizing a descriptive and analytical methodology, the research analyzed data collected from 25 employees of a Local Development Bank in Mostaganem agency using a questionnaire as a study tool. The analysis, conducted through multiple linear regression, T-test, and ANOVA test using SPSS 27, reveals that control systems significantly influence the effectiveness of strategy implementation. The study shows that robust control systems all positively impact strategy implementation factors. These findings underscore the critical role of control systems in aligning strategic objectives with organizational operations, enhancing overall performance.
