The Impact Of Electronic Control Systems On Banking Performance: A Case Study Of Natixis Algeria Bank - Mostaganem And Oran Branches.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of electronic control systems (ECS) on banking performance, focusing on Natixis Algeria Bank's branches in Mostaganem and Oran. Using a descriptive and analytical methodology, data was gathered from 25 employees through a structured questionnaire. Statistical analysis, performed using SPSS version 27, applied multiple linear regression, T-tests, and ANOVA to test the hypotheses. The findings reveal that electronic control systems significantly enhance strategic, functional, financial, and marketing performance. These results highlight the pivotal role of ECS in improving operational efficiency, decision-making, and customer satisfaction, contributing to overall banking performance and competitiveness.
