الملخص
يشكل التأسيس القانوني لمشاركة فئة الشباب في الحياة العامة ضمانة قانونية تتيح معالجة القضايا المتعلقة باحتياجات الشباب، وتعزيز دورهم في المجالات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية والرياضية، بالإضافة إلى مشاركتهم في الحياة السياسية؛ حيث تُؤكِد مكانة الشباب في مختلف الشؤون العامة، وتحقق مكتسبات تسمح بتعزيز نفاذها على أرض الواقع، وبذلك تسعى هذه الورقة البحثية إلى التطرق إلى النظام القانوني المرتبط بتعزيز مكانة ومشاركتة في الحياة العامة، وإبراز أهم المكتسبات، واقتراح أوجه التطوير والتعزيز بما يحقق دورا ناجعا للشباب في الازدهار والتنمية. The legal foundation for the participation of young people in public life constitutes a legal guarantee that allows for addressing issues related to the needs of youth and enhancing their roles in economic, social, cultural, and sports fields, as well as political participation. It affirms the status of youth in various public affairs and achieves gains that allow for their effective implementation on the ground. This research paper aims to address the legal framework related to enhancing the status and participation of youth in public life, highlighting the most significant achievements, and proposing areas for development and enhancement to ensure an effective role for youth in development and prosperity.
