Abstract

If in this area, necessity is the law, some peoples, some nations seem more than others to have a "gift" for intelligence: Israel is one of them. It has succeeded in setting up very efficient services in record time and in naturally integrating intelligence into the government decision-making process. Résumé: Depuis la création de l’entité sioniste, celle-ci a souvent accordé une grande importance aux appareils de renseignement et de sécurité, de sécurité, civils et militaires, qui sont parmi les meilleurs du monde. Si dans ce domaine, nécessité fait loi, certains peuples, certaines nations semblent plus que d’autres avoir un « don » pour le renseignement : Israël en fait partie. Il a réussi à mettre en place des services très efficaces en un temps record et à intégrer naturellement le renseignement dans le processus de décision gouvernementale. بعد إنشاء الكيان الصهيوني، أعطيت أهمية كبيرة لأجهزة الإستخبار والأمن المدني والعسكري، والتي تعد واحدة من بين الأفضل في العالم. وفي ذلك، لا يمكن لإسرائيل أن تسمح بارتكاب أي خطأ. نظرًا للمستوى العالي من المتطلبات والإحترافية، هذا بالإضافة إلى ميلهم إلى التفكير في أن الغاية تبرر الوسيلة. هو توجه إسرائيلي قابل للمناقشة لا يمكن أن يكون محصورا فيها في أي حال من الأحوال. تعتبر المصالح السرية أساس الإستراتيجية الأمنية الإسرائيلية منذ تأسيسها، لم تعارض أية حكومة من الحكومات الإسرائيلية المتعاقبة تلك المكانة المركزية التي تحظى بها. إذا كانت، في مثل هكذا مجال، الحاجة تفرض نفسها، فإن بعض الشعوب والدول لها "موهبة" في الإستخبار، مقارنة مع دول وشعوب أخرى: تعد إسرائيل واحدة من تلك الكيانات. حيث تمكنت وفي وقت قياسي من استحداث مصالح استخباراتية جد فعالة، ودمجها بشكل طبيعي في عملية اتخاذ القرار الحكومي.
