Participatory Democracy And Its Role In Improving The Investment Climate In Algeria

Abstract

In this paper, we will discuss the project of ( CAP DAL)® (Local Development and Participatory Democracy), which is the basis of this paper, considering that this project is one of the most important aspects of the international partnership to to operationalize the local development in Algeria and we will define the objectives of this project, and how to demonstrate it on the reality . we will discuss the concept of partnership and international cooperation and their role in achieving the local development and the foundations and principles assumed for an effective partnership between all actors in the development speech.
