Extraordinary Appeal Methods In Administrative Matter In Light Of The Provisions Of The Civil And Administrative Procedures Law 08-09, Amended And Supplemented

Abstract

This study addressed unusual methods of appeal in administrative matter in light of the provisions of the amended and supplemented Civil and Administrative Procedures Law 08-09, especially with the completion of administrative judicial structures in 2022 with the establishment of administrative courts of appeal. After exhausting the ordinary methods of appeal, represented by opposition and appeal, extraordinary methods of appeal are resorted to, which are: appeal by cassation - petition for reconsideration - objection by a third party outside the dispute - lawsuit to correct material errors, and lawsuit for interpretation.
