دراسة بعض الاضطرابات النفسية التي تعاني منها أم طفل مصاب بعرض داون

الملخص
ملخص المقال: إن عرض داون هو إعاقة خطيرة يولد بها الشخص تؤدي شلل في القدرات العقلية والمعرفية والجسمية للفرد المصاب به وتمنعه من التعلم والاستمرار في حياته بصفة طبيعية فهو يحتاج دائما إلى شخص يساعده لتلبية احتياجاته وفي غالب الأحيان تكون الأم هي المسؤولة عن ذلك والمرأة كغيرها من الكائنات هي بحاجة إلى حاجات أساسية فيزيولوجية مثل الحاجة إلى الطعام والتنفس والراحة...الخ وحاجات نفسية مثل الشعور بالأمان العاطفي والشعور بالانتماء والحاجة لتقدير الذات والمركز الاجتماعي والتوافق مع الآخرين، ومن خلال هذه الورقة البحثية سنحاول دراسة بعض الاضطرابات النفسية كالاكتئاب والقلق تقدير الذات لحالة واحدة وهي أم طفل مصاب بعرض داون وذلك بتطبيق المنهج العيادي (دراسة حالة) وقد خلصت نتائج دراستنا الى أن الحالة مصابة بإكتئاب شديد ونقص في تقدير الذات بالإضافة الى القلق وبعض المشاكل النفسية التي استنتجناها من المقابلة العيادية كالوحدة والضياع والفراغ العاطفي Abstract: Down syndrome is a serious birth defect that paralyzes the mental, cognitive and physical abilities of the affected individual and prevents him from learning and continuing his life normally. He always needs someone to help him meet his needs, and most of the time the mother is responsible for that. Women, like other creatures, need basic physiological needs such as the need for food, breathing, rest, etc., and psychological needs such as feeling emotionally secure, feeling a sense of belonging, and the need for self-esteem, social status and compatibility with others. Through this research paper, we will try to study some psychological disorders such as depression, anxiety and self-esteem for one case, which is the mother of a child with Down syndrome, by applying the clinical approach (case study). The results of our study concluded that the case suffers from severe depression and low self-esteem in addition to anxiety and some psychological problems that we concluded from the clinical interview such as loneliness, loss and emotional emptiness.
