الملخص
تعتبر الإحتياجات التدريبية محور أساسي ترتكز عليه عملية التكوين، وخطوة هامة لنجاح البرنامج التكويني والذي يقاس بمدى التعرف عليها، فكلما أمكن التعرف على الإحتياجات التدريبية كلما أمكن تلبيتها وتطوير أداء الأساتذة، فعملية تحديد الإحتياجات التدريبية تعد أول خطوة لإعداد وبناء البرنامج التكويني، أي أنها نقطة البداية لعملية التكوين، فلا حاجة للتكوين بدون تحديد الإحتياجات التدريبية للأساتذة، باعتباره من أهم الإحتياجات الفعلية لتنمية وتطوير ممارساتهم المهنية، وعلى هذا الأساس هدفت دراستنا الحالية إلى التعرف على الإحتياجات التدريبية للأساتذة حديثي التوظيف. Training needs are considered a fundamental axis upon which the training process is based, and an important step for the success of the training program, which is measured by the extent of identifying them. The more training needs can be identified, the more they can be met and the performance of teachers can be improved. The process of identifying training needs is the first step in preparing and building the training program, that is, it is the starting point. For the training process, there is no need for training without identifying the training needs of professors, as it is one of the most important actual needs for developing and developing their professional practices. On this basis, our current study aimed to identify the training needs of newly employed professors at the university.
