الملخص

هدفت الدراسة لإبراز واقع استخدام وتوظيف الذكاء الاصطناعي بالمؤسسات والهيئات والأندية الرياضية في الجزائر، وذلك باستعمالنا للمنهج الوصفي واستمارة الاستبيان كأداة للبحث وزعت على عينة من 20 موظفا بمديرية الشباب والرياضة لولاية المسيلة؛ وقد توصلنا إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها: من الضروري مباشرة العمل بتطبيق واستخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي وذلك من أجل الاستجابة لاحتياجات المؤسسة الرياضية بين وحداتها وبين ما تقدمه من خدمات، تعزيز وتعميم الاستراتيجية الخاصة بتطبيق واستخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي بآلياته المختلفة، ضرورة دعم الإدارة الإلكترونية من خلال تشريع قوانين وتعليمات لضمان اكتمال العمل الإداري من خلال الإثبات والحماية القانونية لأجل تطوير المؤسسات الرياضية. وأوصت الدراسة بدعم التوجهات والرؤى المستقبلية للإدارة الإلكترونية لدى الهيئات والمؤسسات والأندية الرياضية في الجزائر. The study aims to highlight the reality of the use of artificial intelligence applications in sports institutions, using the descriptive approach and the questionnaire form as a research tool distributed to a sample of 20 employees in the Directorate of Youth and Sports in the wilaya of Msila; It is necessary to start working on the application and use of artificial intelligence in order to respond to the needs of the sports institution between its units and the services it provides, Promoting and disseminating the strategy for the application and use of artificial intelligence with its various mechanisms, The need to support electronic management By enacting laws and instructions to ensure the completion of administrative work through proof and legal protection for the development of sports institutions. The study recommended supporting the future trends and visions of e-management among sports bodies, institutions and clubs in Algeria.
