الرشاقة التنظيمية لدى القيادات التربوية في المدارس الحكومية؛ حالة قطر

الملخص

سعت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى ممارسة القيادات التربوية للرشاقة التنظيمية في مدارس قطر الحكومية بأبعادها المتمثلة في رشاقة الاستشعار، رشاقة الاستجابة، رشاقة اتخاذ القرار، رشاقة الابتكار. ومدى وجود فروق دالة احصائيا تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، المسمى الوظيفي. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الكمي، حيث تم جمع المعلومات المتعلقة بموضوع الدراسة من المصادر الثانوية، إضافة إلى جمع المعلومات من المصادر الأولية من خلال تصميم استبانة إجاب عليها 297 مفردة من مدراء ومعلمي المدارس الحكومية في قطر. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الرشاقة التنظيمية تمارس لدى القيادات التربوية في المدارس الحكومية القطرية بمستوى عالٍ، وأن كل بعد من أبعاد الرشاقة التنظيمية (رشاقة الاستشعار، رشاقة الاستجابة، رشاقة اتخاذ القرار، رشاقة الابتكار) يمارس أيضا بمستوى عالٍ. كما أنه لا توجد فروق دالة احصائيا حول مستوى ممارسة الرشاقة التنظيمية تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، المسمى الوظيفي. The study aimed to identify the reality of educational leaders’ practice of organizational agility (with its dimensions of sensing agility, response agility, decision-making agility, and innovation agility) in Qatar’s public schools, and the impact of gender, academic qualification, and job title variables. It employed a quantitative approach, where information was collected from secondary sources, in addition to collecting information from primary sources through a questionnaire that was distributed to 297 principals and teachers at public schools in Qatar. The study found that organizational agility is practiced by educational leaders in Qatari public schools at a high level, and that each dimension of organizational agility (sensing agility, response agility, decision-making agility, and innovation agility) is also practiced at a high level. There are also no statistically significant differences regarding the level of organizational agility practice due to the variables of gender, academic qualification, and job title.
