الملخص
This stady aims to measure the impact of the higher education and scientific researsh sector in building the knowledge economy in algeria during the period ( 1996-2020) based on the ( ARDL Model) and work bank data. The study found a set of results, most notably the existence of a significant relationship between the knowledge economy and scientific researsh sector..
