واقع تجسيد الرقمنة في الادارة المدرسية من وجهة نظر مديري متوسطات ولاية الوادي

الملخص
في العقود الأخيرة، شهدت التكنولوجيا الرقمية تقدماً هائلاً، حيث أصبحت تلعب دورًا حيويًا في تطوير وتحسين الأنظمة التعليمية حول العالم. تعتبر الإدارة المدرسية من أبرز المجالات التي استفادت من هذه التكنولوجيا، حيث أتاحت لها فرصًا واسعة لتحسين وتبسيط العمليات وزيادة الكفاءة من خلال استخدام الأنظمة الرقمية، يمكن تسهيل العديد من العمليات مثل التسجيل والتقييم والتواصل مع الطلاب وأولياء الأمور، ومع ذلك، يواجه مديرو المؤسسات التربوية تحديات عدة في مسعاهم لتجسيد الرقمنة، منها نقص الموارد، وحاجة التدريب المستمر، ومقاومة بعض الموظفين للتغيير. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، تأتي مسألة حماية البيانات والخصوصية كتحدي رئيسي في هذا المجال. لذا، بينما تقدم التكنولوجيا الرقمية فرصًا كبيرة لتعزيز جودة الإدارة المدرسية، يجب مواجهة التحديات باستراتيجيات فعالة لضمان نجاح التحول الرقمي. والجزائر كغيرها من الدول دخلت مضمار الإدارة الرقمية مواكبة للتحولات والعصرنة والتحديث، بغية إضفاء التحسين اللازم في أداء الإدارة المدرسية وترقية الفعل التربوي وتذييل الصعوبات التي تعترض الفاعلين في الحقل التربوي والإداري، وذلك بالاستفادة من تجارب الدول التي تناولت هذا الموضوع. نسعى من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية، القيام بدراسة ميدانية على عينة من مديري متوسطات ولاية الوادي، وفق مقاربة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وذلك لرصد أهم التحديات التي تواجه فئة المدراء لكونهم الفاعلين التنفيذيين لمختلف عمليات الرقمنة، ولنستشرف من خلالها أهم النتائج الحاصلة سيما على صعيد تسهيل مختلف العمليات الإدارية والتغلب على اغلب الإشكالات التي تواجههم في جمع وحفظ البيانات واسترجاعها. وقد تبنت الدراسة بعد صياغة التساؤل الرئيسي والاسئلة الفرعية، بناء استبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وأسلوب عشوائي لعينة الدراسة والتي تتمثل في اختيار عينة بطريقة عشوائية عددها 30 فردا من مجموع مديري متوسطات ولاية الوادي والبالغ عددهم 116 مدير حسب تعداد المتوسطات، وقد كان الدافع لاختيارهم سهولة الاتصال بهم ومدى تجانسهم وحصولهم على عدة عمليات تكوينية في هذا الإطار. In recent decades, digital technology has witnessed tremendous progress, playing a vital role in developing and improving educational systems around the world. School administration is considered one of the most prominent fields that have benefited from this technology, as it has provided it with broad opportunities to improve and simplify operations and increase efficiency through the use of digital systems. Many processes can be facilitated, such as registration, evaluation, and communication with students and parents. However, directors of educational institutions face challenges. There are several factors in their efforts to implement digitization, including the lack of resources, the need for continuous training, and the resistance of some employees to change. In addition, the issue of data protection and privacy is a major challenge in this field. So, while digital technology offers great opportunities to enhance the quality of school management, the challenges must be met with effective strategies to ensure the success of digital transformation. Algeria, like other countries, has entered the field of digital administration, keeping pace with transformations, modernization, and modernization, with the aim of bringing the necessary improvement to the performance of school administration, promoting educational action, and alleviating the difficulties facing actors in the educational and administrative field, by benefiting from the experiences of countries that have dealt with this subject. Through this research paper, we seek to conduct a field study on a sample of middle school managers in the state of El Oued, according to the descriptive analytical approach, in order to monitor the most important challenges facing the category of managers as they are the executive actors for the various digitization processes, and to explore through it the most important results achieved, especially at the level of facilitating the various processes. Administrative and overcome most of the problems they face in collecting, saving and retrieving data. After formulating the main question and sub-questions, the study adopted the construction of a questionnaire as a tool for collecting data, and a purposive method for the study sample, which represents the total number of middle school principals in the state of El Oued, who number 116 principals according to the middle school census. The motivation for choosing them was the ease of communicating with them, the extent of their homogeneity, and their access to several training processes.
