الملخص
أصبحت تلمسان زمن العثمانيين إقليمًا سياسيًا ولئن كانت فيه الإدارة العثمانية هي المُسير، إلا أن مظاهر التبعية الحضارية لتلمسان بدار السلطان في مدينة الجزائر، تميزت بالثورات والتمردات بسبب سياسة القسوة الممارسة من جانب قلة من أصحاب السلطة والقرار من العناصر التركية بهذه المدينة أو بايلك الغرب ككل، بيد لم تكن لتمنع ذلك التكتل بين الطرفين في مواجهة التحديات الداخلية والخارجية، والوقوف جنبًا لجنب ضد أي مساس بسيادة الإسلام والمسلمين في كامل نطاق الإمبراطورية العثمانية، حيث سجلت لنا الوثائق الأرشيفية والنصوص التاريخية المصدرية عن جوانب مَعلَمية هامة، تؤرخ لمختلف التغيرات في الهياكل السياسية على وجه التحديد التي كانت في خِضِمِّها تلمسان تقدم المساعدات العسكرية لإيالة الجزائر أو حتى الباب العالي في حروبه بالمشرق، وتُنعت في الوقت نفسه بـ: "المحروسة تلمسان" من قبل العثمانيين، جراء الأطماع المتكررة التي عرفتها هذه المدينة من الاسبان وسلاطين المغرب الأقصى. هذا إلى جانب بلوغها درجة متقدمة من الريادة السياسية والعسكرية في بايلك الغرب، على خلاف ما قِيل عنها أنها فقدت أهميتها السياسية والعسكرية، حينما وقفنا على شواهد تاريخية، تفند بالحجة والدليل، واقع تلمسان والمكانة التي احتلتها عند الدايات والبايات الذين جعلوها في بعض الآحيان مقرًا رئيسيًا للبايلك، وقاموا بتحصينها عسكريًا ودفاعيًا لمواجهة التهديدات الخارجية خصوصًا من ناحية الغرب. Tlemcen became a political region at the time of the Ottomans, and although the Ottoman administration was the ruler, the manifestations of civilized dependence on Tlemcen in the House of the Sultan in the city of Algiers were marked by revolutions and rebellions due to the policy of cruelty practiced by a few of the owners of power and decision from the Turkish elements in this city or the West as a whole. However, it would not have prevented that alliance between the two parties in facing internal and external challenges, and standing side by side against any infringement on the sovereignty of Islam and Muslims throughout the entire scope of the Ottoman Empire. Where archival documents and historical source texts recorded for us important landmark aspects, chronicling the various changes in the political structures in particular, in the midst of which Tlemcen was providing military aid to the "Eyalet of Algeria" or even the Sublime Porte in his wars in the East, and at the same time it was described as: "The Mahrousa of Tlemcen" By the Ottomans, as a result of the repeated ambitions that this city knew from the Spaniards and the sultans of Morocco. This is in addition to its attaining an advanced degree of political and military leadership in the Beylik of the West, contrary to what was said about it that it lost its political and military importance, when we stood on historical evidence, refuting with argument and evidence, the reality of Tlemcen and the position it occupied with the beys who sometimes made it a headquarters. to the beylik, and they fortified it militarily and defensively to face external threats, especially from the west.
