Qirtas of Intellectual and Civilizational Studies Review (Qirţās al-dirāsāt al-hadārīah wa’l-fikriah) is an internationally peer-reviewed, open-access scientific journal published semi-annually by the Intellectual and Civilizational Studies Laboratory at Tlemcen University.
