Abstract
Abstract: This study aims to explore the manifestations of the epic sense, its employment, and the writer’s purpose in utilizing it, as it reflects historical, cultural, and spiritual affiliation with the homeland and nation, thereby establishing their values and civilization. The writer Izz al-Din Djellaoudji sought to incorporate this sense into his novelistic discourse to convey his connection to his reality and the challenges faced by his nation. Within the context of this urgent and revolutionary framework, his renowned trilogy, The Land and the Wind, emerged, expressing this epic sense. One of the key findings of this study is that the narrative epic woven by the writer blends history and imagination, granting his work an artistic dimension. Each part of the trilogy represents a specific historical era in Algeria’s history, highlighting the revolutionary spirit and pride in the heroism of both the homeland and the Arab nation. Résumé : Cette étude vise à révéler les manifestations du sens épique, comment l'utiliser et le but de l'écrivain, car il exprime l'affiliation historique, culturelle et spirituelle à la patrie et à la nation, et établit sa valeur et sa civilisation. L'écrivain Izz al-Din Jalawji a cherché à investir cela dans son discours romanesque pour indiquer cette affiliation qui exprime sa réalité et ce à quoi il a fait face à sa nation, et dans l'orbite de cet espace urgent et révolutionnaire est née sa célèbre trilogie « La Terre et la Terre ». Vent." Ce qui exprimait ce sens épique, et parmi les résultats les plus importants obtenus : que l'épopée narrative que l'écrivain a tissée combinait histoire et imagination, ce qui donnait à son œuvre romanesque une dimension artistique, car chaque partie de la trilogie reflétait une époque historique spécifique dans le l'histoire de l'Algérie, c'est ainsi qu'est apparu le sentiment révolutionnaire et la fierté de l'héroïsme de la patrie et de la nation arabe. ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن تجليّات الحس الملحمي وكيفية توظيفه وغاية الأديب منه، كونه يعبر عن الانتماء التاريخي والثقافي والروحي للوطن والأمة، ويؤسس لقيمتها وحضارتها، وقد سعى الكاتب عز الدين جلاوجي إلى استثمار ذلك في خطابه الروائي للدلالة على هذا الانتماء المعبر عن واقعه وما واجهته أمّته، وفي فلك هذا الفضاء الملحي والثوري جاءت ثلاثِيَّته الشهيرة "الأرض والريح" التي عبرت عن هذا الحس الملحمي، ومن بين أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها: أن الملحمة السردية التي نسجها الكاتب زاوج فيها بين التاريخ والتخييل، وقد أضفى ذلك على عمله الروائي بعدا فنيّا، إذ عكَس كل جزء من الثلاثية حقبة تاريخية معينة من تاريخ الجزائر، فبرز الإحساس الثوري والاعتزاز ببطولات الوطن والأمة العربية.
