The Position Of Tacit Knowledge In The Organization- A Case Study Of Budgetary Control Of Wilaya Biskra

Abstract
The aime through this study to explore the role of tacit knowledge among individuals in the Budgetary Control of wilaya Biskra. The study was conducted on a sample of 35 individuals, and after sorting out and analyzing the data using spss software, the resultes explore the general level of understanding and awareness of tacit knowledge was high. Moreover, the skills dimension was identified as the most significant aspect, as identify by the respondents.
