التنمية في افريقيا بين الهشاشة السياسية والانقلابات العسكرية

الملخص
تسعى هذه الدراسة الى تسليط الضوء على واقع التنمية في افريقيا في ظل مجموعة المتغيرات والتحديات التي تميز المشهد الافريقي، والعلاقة المعقدة بين الهشاشة السياسة والانقلابات العسكرية وتأثيرها على التقدم الاقتصادي والاجتماعي، فالهشاشة السياسية الناتجة عن ضعف المؤسسات والفساد والصراعات الداخلية خلقت في مجملها واقع سياسي افريقي ميزته الأساسية الانقلابات العسكرية التي تؤدي بدورها إلى مزيد من التدهور في الحكم والتنمية، وعليه تهدف هذه الدراسة لفهم كيفية تأثير الهشاشة و الانقلابات على مسار التنمية في افريقيا وتحديد سبل الحد منها، و أبرز نتيجة توصلت لها الدراسة أن هناك علاقة تبادلية بين الهشاشة السياسية والانقلابات العسكرية مما يعيق النمو الاقتصادي ويزيد من الفقر ولا استقرار في دول القارة السمراء. الكلمات المفتاحية: التنمية، افريقيا، الانقلابات، الهشاشة السياسية، الاستقرار السياسي. Abstract; This study seeks to shed light on the reality of development in Africa in light of the set of variables and challenges that characterize the African scene, and the complex relationship between political fragility and military coups and their impact on economic and social progress. Political fragility resulting from weak institutions, corruption and internal conflicts have created an African political reality whose main feature is military coups, which in turn lead to further deterioration in governance and development. Accordingly, this study aims to understand how fragility and coups affect the path of development in Africa and to identify ways to reduce them. The most prominent result reached by the study is that there is a reciprocal relationship between political fragility and military coups, which hinders economic growth and increases poverty and instability in the countries of the African continent.
