الملخص
تتمحور هذه الورقة البحثية في موضوع له من الأهمية بمكان الناحية الواقعية في إطار عملية الاستثمار، فلا يختلف اثنان في كون الأمن البيئي أحد العوامل الأساسية في دعم عملية الاستثمار وقد يكون العامل الوحيد، فالوضعية البيئية في الوقت الراهن مع التلوث البيئي الحاصل لا يمكن أن يكون مساعدا على إقامة المشاريع الاستثمارية خاصة في الجانب الفلاحي مثلا، فعملية الاستثمار وحتى تحقق هدفها لا بد من توفير الظروف اللازمة لإنجاح هذه العملية، وتعد العوامل البيئية على رأس هذه الأولويات، وقد تعتبر الأهم كون العوامل البيئية لها دور مهم في عملية الاستثمار ، فالنظام البيئي يعد من أبرز العوامل المساعدة على عملية الاستثمار، فإذا تعرضت بيئة ما للتلوث فمن المؤكد أن للتلوث العديد من المخاطر و الأضرار، فعناصر البيئة الطبيعية معرضة باستمرار للتلوث البيئي، مما يكون له الأثر السلبي على مردود الإنتاج الزراعي و قد يعيقه تماما This research paper focuses on a topic that is of great importance from a realistic aspect within the framework of the investment process.
