This article discusses the significant role played by Algerian Sufis in spreading various Sufi paths in the farthest regions of Morocco. Among these paths, we find the Tijaniyya, the Issawiyya, the Hanisaliyya, the Karrzaziyya, and the Yusufiyya. The influence of these Sufis is evident through Sufi practices, social behaviors, and religious practices in the regions they visited or settled in. These Sufis have had a major impact on shaping various forms of expression and knowledge, which are considered part of intangible heritage. In this article, we will highlight the extent of Sufi communication between Algeria and the farthest regions of Morocco, and how this communication has contributed to enhancing cultural and religious relations between the two countries. This communication played a prominent role during the Ottoman era in Algeria and the Alawi state rule in the farthest regions of Morocco, helping to transmit Sufi knowledge and exchange spiritual ideas between the two countries.
