مصادر الضغوط النفسية لدى عينة من المعلمات في مراكز التربية الخاصة (محافظتي بيت لحم والخليل انموذجاً)

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على مصادر الضغوط النفسية لدى عينة من المعلمات في مراكز التربية الخاصة في محافظتي بيت لحم والخليل. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدام مقياس من اعداد الباحثين لأجل هذا الغرض، وقد تم الحصول على اجابات(92) معلمة تربية خاصة. حيث أظهرت النتائج أن مصادر الضغوط النفسية التي تستخدمها عينة الدراسة جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، واظهرت النتائج أنه لا يوجد فروق دالة احصائيا في متوسطات مصادر الضغوط النفسية تعزى لمتغيرات جنس التلاميذ، وعمر التلاميذ، ودرجة الاعاقة، وسنوات الخبرة ، ووجود فروق ذات دالة إحصائيا تعزى لمتغيرات مستوى الدخل، وموقع المركز او المدرسة. This study aimed to identify the sources of psychological stress among a sample of female teachers in special education centers in Bethlehem and Hebron governorates. To achieve the objectives of the study, we relied on the descriptive analytical method and used a scale prepared by the researchers for this purpose. It was distributed to 92 special education female teachers. The results showed that the sources of psychological stress used by the sample were moderate, and that there were no statistically significant differences in the averages of the sources of psychological stress due to the variables of the gender of the students, the age of the students, the degree of disability, and years of experience, while there were statistically significant, the income level in shekels, in addition to the location of the center or school.
