الملخص
يعد التقاضي الإلكتروني آلية إلكترونية حديثة فرضتها التكنولوجيا المعاشة لذا إتبعته الدول، رغم أنه يتميز بحداثة إستعماله بالجزائر، السبب في ذلك يرجع إلى خصوصية مرفق القضاء،المتميز بأحكامه المختلفة الأثر المرتبطة بطبيعة النزاع ، فقد كشف الواقع العملي أن تطبيقاته كذلك عند الدول تضيق وتتسع. الكلمات المفتاحية: التقاضي الإلكتروني،طبيعة النزاع،خصوصية مرفق القضاء ،الدول ،الواقع. Summary : Electronic litigation is a modern electronic mechanism imposed by modern technology, so countries followed it even though it is characterized by the recent use of it in Algeria. The reason for this is the specificity of the judiciary facility, which is distinguished by its rulings with different effects related to the nature of the dispute. The practical reality has revealed that its applications in countries are narrowing and expanding. . Résumé : Le contentieux électronique est un mécanisme électronique moderne imposé par la technologie moderne, c'est pourquoi les pays l'ont suivi même s'il se caractérise par son utilisation récente en Algérie. La raison en est due à la spécificité du dispositif judiciaire qui se distingue par ses décisions. avec des effets différents liés à la nature du différend. La réalité pratique a révélé que ses applications dans les pays se rétrécissent et s'étendent également. Mots-clés : contentieux électronique, nature du litige, confidentialité du dispositif judiciaire, états, réalité.
