الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى محاولة التعرف على أهم الاسباب النفسية التي تقف وراء إرتكاب الجريمة في الاسرة الجزائرية.وقد بلغت العينة 30 شابا ) ذكور27-إناث03)،تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية بمركز إعادة التربية لولاية غرداية خلال السنة 2018/2019 ،و تم تطبيق مقياس يتضمن مجموعة من الاسئلة حول العوامل المراد دراستها.وقد توصّلت الدراسة إلى أن السلوك الاجرامي مكتسب و ليس وراثي،بالاضافة إلى أن الشتم و الاهمال كانا من بين الاساليب التربوية الخاطئة ،كما يعتبر الطلاق من بين اهم الاسباب النفسية التي تؤدي الى السلوك الاجرامي،تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي ، كما اعتمدنا على برنامج (spss)لتحليل النتائج . The study aimed to try to identify the most important psychological reasons behind committing crime in the Algerian family. The sample amounted to 30 young men (males 27-females 03), who were deliberately selected in the Re-Education Center of the state of Ghardaia during the year 2018/2019, and a scale was applied that includes a group From the questions about the factors to be studied. The study concluded that criminal behavior is acquired and not hereditary, in addition to that insult and neglect were among the wrong educational methods, and divorce is among the most important psychological reasons that lead to criminal behavior, the curriculum was relied on We also relied on the (SPSS) program to analyze the results.
