Abstract: "Cognitive metaphors largely depend on the brain's visual and symbolic representations, which is what allows them to intersect with various contemporary fields like digital rhetoric. In this blending, the rhythms of literature mix with digital technology. Cognitive metaphors, in subtle ways, help shape cultural ideologies and leave unconscious imprints. We can see this in the metaphors of blackness within Arab culture, where these metaphors have taken root unconsciously in discourse, imagery, and symbols, giving the color black a somewhat grim connotation in our cultural framework. This leads us to an important question: Does this metaphorical simulation, which lies at the heart of psychological inflation, cause blackness to be viewed as evil, while associating goodness and purity with whiteness, as seen in Arab culture? The aim of the study is to explore how Arab culture perceives blackness, how things are categorized based on this view of black as negative, and the broader ideological, social, and cultural impacts of such perceptions. The goal is to uncover how individuals' cultural metaphors are shaped and to what extent the collective unconscious, through metaphorical simulation and psychological inflation, creates a framework that leads to biases toward certain things, people, or colors over others. In summary, the problem, goal, and expected outcomes.
