This article analyses the impact of intrinsic motivation on the psychological health of workers at the Sidi Aich hospital in Bejaia. With a survey of 40 respondents. The study aims to assess the influence of this induced motivation on the three basic psychological needs: autonomy, competence and social bond. At the same time, it analyses the psychological distress that may arise when these needs are not met. The results show that meeting these needs reduces psychological distress, thus promoting better psychological health. The methodology used is quantitative in nature, allowing an accurate assessment of the impact of intrinsic motivation on psychological health In short, this research highlights the need for organizational practices that promote dynamic motivation to improve the well-being and job satisfaction of health professionals.
