الملخص

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان وجوب سعي الاقتصاد الجزائري نحو تحقيق الإقلاع الاقتصادي المستديم، من خلال تحقيق لقفزات في شتى المجالات والقطاعات، وهذا لتجنب التركيز الكامل على قطاع المحروقات في تشكيلة الصادرات الجزائرية. وقد قمنا من خلالها بحصر للمصطلحات ذات الصلة بالإقلاع الاقتصادي وتقديم للشروط الأساسية والواجبة لتحقيقه، ومن ثم محاولة تقييم أداء الاقتصاد الجزائري بتطبيق مؤشر H.H لقياس التنوع الاقتصادي خلال الفترة 2014-2022، وهي الفترة التي عرفت عدة أزمات من تهاوي أسعار النفط سنة 2014 وأزمة كوفيد 19 سنة 2019 و تآكل احتياطي الصرف للبلاد، وتم التوصل إلى حتمية توسيع الاستثمارات خارج قطاع المحروقات وتعزيز الصادرات غير النفطية، و زيادة التوجه نحو استغلال الطاقات المتجددة ودعم أكثر لقطاعات الصناعة والفلاحة والخدمات. This study aimed to demonstrate the necessity of Algeria seeking to achieve sustainable economic take-off, by achieving leaps in various fields and sectors, in order to avoid complete facus on the hydrocarbonssectorin the Algerian export mix. Through it, we have made an inventory of the terms related to economic take-off and necessary conditions for achieving it, and then we have attempted to evaluate the performance of the Algerian economy by applying the H.H index to measure economic diversification during the period 2014-2022, this is a period that witnessed several crises, including the collapse of oil prices in 2014 and the Covid 19 crisis in 2019 and the erosion of the country's exchangereserves, the imperative was reached to expand investments outside the hydrocarbon sector, enhance non-oil exports, increase the trend towardsexploiting renewable energies,and provide more support for theindustrial, agricultural and service sectors.
