الملخص
في ظل الاهتمام العالمي بنشاطات تربية المائيات كأحد المجالات الانتاجية ذات البعد الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والبيئي، فقد حاولنا من خلال دراستنا هذه تحليل السياسات الي تبنتها الجزائر في مجال تربية المائيات والبرامج والمشاريع الاستثمارية التي تم تجسيدها ومدى تحقيق الأهداف المرجوة على صعيد الاستثمار والانتاج، حيث توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن هناك تقدم ملحوظ في النتائج المحققة في هذا المجال حيث تعرف مستويات الاستثمار والانتاج ارتفاعا مستمرا خلال فترة الدراسة، ويمكن لهذا القطاع أن يساهم مستقبلا في رفع مستوى الانتاج السمكي بما يسمح بسد الفجوة السوقية وتنويع الاقتصاد الوطني. In light of the global interest in aquaculture activities as one of the productive sectors with economic, social and environmental dimensions, this study aimed to analyze the policies adopted by Algeria in the field of aquaculture, as well as the investment programs and projects implemented and the extent to which the desired investment and production objectives have been achieved. The study results indicate notable progress in this area, with continued growth in investment and production levels throughout the study period. This sector is expected to contribute to increased fish production in the future, which will help bridge the market gap and diversify the national economy.
