Corporate Digital Responsibility And Artificial Intelligence In Banking Sector

Abstract

The integration of AI into the banking sector has created unprecedented opportunities in risk assessment, customer service and fraud detection, but the rapid adoption of AI technology raises important ethical and legal challenges related to digital corporate responsibility. This study aims to clarify the opportunities and threats of artificial intelligence, and to know the ethical challenges of artificial intelligence with a focus on ensuring transparency and accountability andincreasing awareness of digital corporate responsibility as a cooperative mechanism that limits these threats. It also aims to highlight the role played by digital corporate responsibility in reducing the risks of artificial intelligence in the banking sector. In this study, we have relied on the practices of some global banks for principles of responsibility in guiding responsible AI. The study found that CDR principles are of paramount importance in ensuring that AI is used safely and ethically in the banking sector.
