تطور الوسائل التعليمية في المنظومة التربوية، اللوحة الإلكترونية أنموذجا، دراسة ميدانية

الملخص
أدى التطور التكنولوجي الحاصل في كافة الميادين إلى انعكاساته على المنظومة التربوية، وبالتالي تأثر الوسائل التعليمية بالتقنيات الحديثة التي ساهمت بدورها في تحسين نوعية وجودة التعليم وتحقيق الأهداف المنشودة، كما أنها ساهمت بدورها في تقوية شخصية المتعلم، من خلال البرامج المُقدّمة في وسائل تكنولوجيا التعليم، ولقد دعت العديد من الأبحاث إلى ضرورة توظيف تقنيات التكنولوجيا في العملية التعليمية، لما لها من أهمية ودور فعال فمن خلالها يتم معالجة مشاكل قلة الكفاءات، وتساعد المعلم على مواكبة النظرة التربوية الحديثة، التي تجعل المتعلم من مجرد متلقي إلى محور العملية التعليمية فهو يشارك ويتفاعل ويقوم بحل مختلف الوضعيات، كما أنها تثمن وتشجع العمل الجماعي وتدعمه، من أجل خدمة التعليم وترقية وتجويد العملية التعليمية. وهذا ما دفع الجهات الوصية إلى تجسيد استعمال اللوحة الإلكترونية في المدارس الابتدائية لما لها من أهمية وأثر على تحصيل المتعلم، ومنها إلى ترقية المنظومة التربوية ورقمنة القطاع. الكلمات المفتاحية: The technological development taking place in all fields has led to its repercussions on the educational system, and thus educational methods have been influenced by modern technologies, which in turn have contributed to improving the quality of education and achieving the desired goals. They have also contributed, in turn, to strengthening the learner’s personality, through the programs presented in educational technology methods. Many researches have called for the necessity of employing technology techniques in the educational process, because of their importance and effective role. Through them, the problems of lack of staff competencies are addressed, and they help the teacher keep pace with the modern educational outlook, which makes the learner from a mere recipient to the focus of the educational process. He participates, interacts, and To solve various situations, it also values, encourages and supports teamwork, in order to serve education and promote and improve the educational process. This is what prompted the guardian authorities to implement the use of the electronic board in primary schools because of its importance and impact on the learner’s achievement, and from there to upgrade the educational system and digitize the sector. From this standpoint, we pose the following problem: To what extent are technological means used in Algerian schools and how do they contribute to enriching the educational material
