الملخص
- ملخص: يتناول هذا المقال البيئة السياسية والانتخاب والمشاركة السياسية، حيث ركزنا على أهمية البيئة السياسية وعلى الانتخاب، وعلى المشاركة السياسية التي تعكس مدى فاعلية المواطن في الحياة السياسية العامة وتسعى هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز، أن وجود عملية انتخابية يؤشر إلى وجود ديمقراطية، وأن البيئة السياسية تتأثر بطبيعة النظام السياسي للدولة، وأن المشاركة السايسية تؤكد على طبيعة العلاقة بين الحاكم والمحكوم.ويخلص هذا المقال إلى أن المشاركة السياسية هي روح الديمقراطية التي تتجسد من خلال العملية الانتخابية. : Abstract This article deals with the political environment, elections, and political participation. We focused on the importance of the political environment, elections, and political participation, which reflects the extent of the citizen’s effectiveness in public political life. This study seeks to highlight that the existence of an electoral process indicates the existence of democracy, that the political environment is affected by the nature of the state’s political system, and that political participation emphasizes the nature of the relationship between the ruler and the ruled. This article concludes that political participation is the spirit of democracy that is embodied through the electoral process.
