سيمياء مسرح الجريمة في رواية اسم الوردة المؤشر وأثره في التحقيق

الملخص
يحاول هذا البحث بيان العلاقة بين السيميائيات،بوصفها علما للعلامة،والتحقيقِ الجنائي الذي لا يبدأ إلا بعد معاينة مسرح الجريمة ،وفحص الآثار المادية ،هذه الأخيرة التي تمثل علامات لا بد أن تكون لها دلالات تقود البحث نحو فك لغز الجريمة ،وانطلاقا من تقسيم بيرس الثلاثي للعلامة ،يمكن عدّ الآثار المادية علامات من نوع المؤشر الذي يكون الارتباط فيه بين العلامة وما تدل عليها ارتباطا سببيا،وقد اخترنا رواية اسم الوردة نصّاً للتطبيق لأنها في أحد جوانبها رواية بوليسية يتجسد فيها العمل التأويلي للمحقق الجنائي،ولأن مؤلفها واحد من أبرز السيميائيين المعاصرين الذين يشيدون بدور السيمياء في المعرفة . This research attempts to explain the relationship between semiotics, as a science of the sign, and the criminal investigation, which does not begin until after inspecting the crime scene and examining the material traces, the latter of which represent signs that must have connotations that lead the research towards unraveling the mystery of the crime, based on Peirce’s threefold division. For a sign, the material traces can be considered signs of the type of index in which the connection between the sign and what it indicates is a causal connection. We chose the name of the rose as a text for application because it is, in one of its aspects, a detective novel in which the interpretive work of the criminal investigator is embodied, and because its author is one of the most prominent contemporary semioticians who They praise the role of semiotics in knowledge
