الملخص
الدّرس النحوي خطاب له خصوصياته التي جعلته يتميز عن غيره، فهو موجه إلى فئة خاصة من المجتمع هم طلبة العلم، للتأثير عليهم و توجيههم، لذا فقد جاءت لغته صارمة و أساليبه قوية حملت في متنها طاقة حجاجية عالية راجعة في بنائها إلى عدة مستويات تظافرت فيما بينها، مُشَكِّلة تلك القوة الإقناعية التي تكسرت أمامها كل حُجُب الجهل، ويعدّ كتاب: فتح المولى لعبد الكريم الفكون، من الأمثلة الكثيرة لهذا الدّرس الذي يطفح بالحمولات الحجاجية. هذا السِّفر الجليل يعدّ شرحاً لشواهد الشريف ابن يعلى على الأجرومية، و قد تضمّن من الحجج المختلفة ما جعله مختلفاً و متميّزاً عن غيره من الشروح، ما يجعل دارسه منبهراً أمام تلك القوة الإقناعية، التي تدفعنا إلى البحث عن آلياتها محاولين تطبيق معالم نظرية الحجاج التي جاء بها أعلام هذا الاتجاه، من أمثال بيرلمان و تيتكا. The grammar lesson is a discourse that has its own characteristics that make it distinct from others. It is directed to a special group of society, namely students of knowledge, to influence and guide them. Therefore, its language is strict and its methods are strong, carrying within it a high argumentative energy, due in its construction to several levels that combined with each other. , forming that persuasive force before which all the veils of ignorance are broken, and the book: Fath al-Mawla by Abd al-Karim al-Fakun is one of the many examples of this lesson, which is overflowing with argumentative loads. This significant book serves as an explanation of Al-Sharif Ibn Ya'la's examples on the Ajurumiyyah. It includes various arguments that make it different and distinguished from other commentaries, leaving its reader amazed by the persuasive power that compels us to explore its mechanisms. We attempt to apply the principles of argumentation theory introduced by prominent figures in this field, such as Perelman and Tyteca.
