Modern Trends In Algerian Banking Services In The Context Of Globalization

Abstract
The aim of the topic of modern trends in banking services in the context of globalization is to highlight the goal of financial globalization, which is likely to affect banks in general and Algerian banks in particular. All of this is in order to build new orientations for banking services on the one hand, and on the other hand, how modern trends can be used to develop banking services. This study examined the development of banking services in the context of globalization, updating banking services and keeping pace with the successive developments imposed by financial globalization in the banking sector; and the extent to which it contributes to meeting the needs of customers, one of the main inputs for the growth and development of competitive capacity and increased efficiency of banks. To achieve this, a sample of employees of a group of local banks was selected as a sample for the study, and we relied on a questionnaire as a tool for collecting data. The data was processed using the SPSS program and using statistical analysis tools. Through this, it was found that the bank took the most important measures related to banking services, and provided the appropriate environment for banking work.
