الرسوم الكاريكاتورية بين الالتزام المهني وأخلاقيات الصحافة من وجهة نظر رسامي الكاريكاتير بكل من الجزائر، تونس والمغرب

الملخص

يتمتع رسامو الكاريكاتير بممارسات مرتبطة بحرية التعبير وكثيرا ما يتحدث الباحثون عن العلاقة بين تلك الحرية ومدى إخضاع الرسوم الكاريكاتورية لسلطة الرقابة، في حين تكاد تغيب مناقشة المسألة الأخلاقية وعلاقتها بالرسوم الكاريكاتورية ومدى مراعاتها في بناء القصة الكاريكاتورية هذا من جهة، ومن جهة ثانية موقع الأخلاق لدى رسامي الكاريكاتير ومدى الإلتزام المهني وانعكاسه على أدائهم، ونهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة المدى الحقيقي لمراعاة الأخلاقيات بالنسبة لرسامي الكاريكاتير والمعايير التي يحتكمون إليها في تحديدها وذلك من وجهة نظر رسامي الكاريكاتير في كل من الجزائر،تونس والمغرب، معتمدين على بناء منهجي أداة جمع بياناته المقابلة، في الأخير خلصت أهم نتائج الدراسة إلى أن رسامي الكاريكاتير: أكدوا ولائهم وانتمائهم ومراعاة المسألة الأخلاقية في رسوماتهم، لكن هذا الاعتبار وفقا لوجهة نظرهم غالبا ما يكون إلزاميا ليس بناء على اختيارهم. Les pratiques des caricaturistes sont souvent liées à la liberté d'expression, et les chercheurs parlent souvent de la relation entre cette liberté et la mesure dans laquelle les caricatures sont soumises à l'autorité de la censure, tandis que la question de l'éthique et sa relation avec les caricatures sont presque absentes de la discussion dans la construction de l'histoire de la caricature. Qu'elle soit liée au message verbal à travers le commentaire, ou non verbal à travers les éléments formels de la caricature, d'une part, et la position de la moralité chez les caricaturistes, d'autre part, et l'étendue de l'engagement professionnel et sa réflexion sur leur performance. A travers cette étude, nous visons à connaître l'étendue réelle du respect de la déontologie chez les caricaturistes et les normes sur lesquelles ils se basent pour la déterminer du point de vue des caricaturistes en Algérie, en Tunisie et au Maroc, en nous basant sur une structure systématique dont l'outil de collecte de données était l'entretien. Enfin, les résultats les plus importants de l'étude ont conclu que les caricaturistes, l'échantillon étudié, ont affirmé leur fidélité à leur affiliation et la prise en compte de la question éthique dans leurs dessins, mais cette prise en compte, selon leur point de vue, est souvent obligatoire et ne relève pas de leur choix. Enfin, les résultats les plus importants de l'étude ont conclu que les caricaturistes - l'échantillon étudié - ont affirmé leur fidélité à leur affiliation et la prise en compte de la question éthique dans leurs dessins, mais que cette prise en compte, selon leur point de vue, est souvent obligatoire et non facultative. Caricaturists practices are often related to freedom of expression, and researchers often talk about the relationship between that freedom and the extent to which caricatures are subject to censorship authority, while the ethical issue and its relationship to cartoons are almost absent from discussion in building the cartoon story. Through this study, we aim to find out the true extent of the observance of ethics for cartoonists and the standards that they rely on in determining them from the point of view of caricaturists in Algeria, Tunisia and Morocco, based on a systematic structure whose data collection tool was interview. Finally the most important results of the study concluded that the caricaturists, the sample under study, affirmed their loyalty to their affiliation and taking into account the ethical issue in their drawings, but that consideration, according to their point of view, is often mandatory and not upon their choice.
