الملخص
The rapid development of the concept of digital transformation at the global level, and its multiple role in the development of environmental management mechanisms, made the Algerian state adopt strategies that include the establishment of legal mechanisms aimed at abandoning the functions of classical management that marginalized the environment and keep pace with environmental administrative development by activating the sustainable development goals in its various actions at the national and local levels by making a local environmental decision that promotes the principles of local sustainable development and directs the activity of local groups towards achieving economic growth and social development without losing sight of the commitments to preserve the local environment and sustainable development.
