الاستقلال اللغوي بين الإطار النظري والممارسة التعليمية، المدرسة العليا للأساتذة بورقلة نموذجا

الملخص
الملخص: تعد المدارس العليا الحاضنة الأنسب لبناء استراتيجيات مُحْكَمة لتنمية المهارات اللغوية لِلُّغة الأم لدى المعلم والمتعلم على حدّ سواء؛ من أجل الاستقلال اللغوي واستغلاله، بحكم احتوائها برامجَ تعليمية فعّالة؛ تحقق الكفاءة المهنية مع اختزال الجهد والوقت، وفوق ذلك وجود النخبة من الطلبة الذين سيكونون أساتذة بعد تخرجهم مباشرة، الأمر الذي يُحتم إتقانها قراءة وكتابة وتحدثا، وهذا ما يخلق تحديا للقائمين عليهم: إداريا، بيداغوجيا وعلميا. ولا يتوقف السعي هنا، بل تفعيلها خارج محيط المؤسسة ليشمل كل مجالات الحياة، وهذا الحلم يتحقق ببناء سياسة لغوية رشيدة تعمل على رفع قيمة اللغة الأم في مِخيال الفرد والمجتمع، حتى ينظرون إليها كلغة خلق وصناعة، لا لغة تواصل فقط، ولأجل تحقيق هذا سعت المدرسة العليا للأساتذة بورقلة إلى توفير الجو المناسب من أجل استقلال لغوي متين من خلال خطط مدروسة بإتقان أفرزت كوكبة من الطلبة الممتازين. الكلمات المفتاحية: مدرسة عليا؛ استقلال لغوي؛ نشاط لغوي؛ استراتيجية؛ اللغة الأم .. Abstract: High schools of Professors are the most suitable incubator for building robust strategies for developing the language skills of the mother tongue of the teacher and the learner alike for linguistic independence and its exploitation. As they contain effective educational programs that ensure professional competence with the reduction of effort and time, and on top of that, the presence of elite students who will be professors immediately after their graduation. This necessitates language mastery in reading, writing and speaking, which creates a challenge for those in charge of them administratively, pedagogically, and scientifically. The matter does not stop here, but rather its activation outside the perimeter of the institution to include all areas of life, and this dream is achieved by building a rational language policy that works to raise the value of the mother language in the imagination of the individual and society, so that they view it as a language of creation and industry, not just a language of communication. To achieve this, the High School of Professors in Ouargla sought to provide the appropriate atmosphere for solid linguistic independence through well-thought-out plans that have produced a constellation of excellent students.
