-measuring Human Capital - Case Study Singapore Experience

Abstract

This study aims to identify methods and indicators for measuring human capital as an intangible asset that is difficult to measure using traditional methods, and to identify the reality of measuring it in the State of Singapore. In this research, we raised a main question about the most important approaches and indicators in measuring human capital and how to measure it in the country of Singapore. We tried to answer it by researching the Singaporean experience by presenting hypotheses, relying on the method and analyzing data, The study concluded that the famous indicator is the World Bank’s Human Capital Index
