الملخص

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى الثقة التنظيمية لدى العاملين الإداريين ببلدية تندلة. وتماشيا مع طبيعة الموضوع المدروس تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وأيضا الاستبيان لجمع البيانات من الميدان بهدف قياس مستوى الثقة التنظيمية فاشتملت أداة القياس على (28) بندا طبقت على عينة مكونة من 53 موظفا من بلدية تندلة. أكدت نتائج هذه الدراسة وجود مستوى متوسط للثقة التنظيمية والذي قدر بمتوسط حسابي (2.20) وانحراف معياري (0.73). the study aimed to identify the level of organizational among the administrative workers in the municipality of- the state of al mghair .In line with the natur of the subject being studied,the descriptive approach was used.And also a questionnaire tool for collecting data from the field to measure the level of organizational confidence. The measurement tool included (28items) and was applizd to a sample of 53employees from the municipality of Tndla-Al Mghair. The study confirmed the existence of a medium level of organizational confidence with an arithmetic mean (2.20) and a standard deviation of (0.73)
