اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لحقوق الطفل لسنة 1989: نحو تكريس حق الطفل في الإعلام

الملخص
لقد جاءت اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لحقوق الطفل الصادرة سنة 1989 لتكرس العديد من الحقوق والتي من أهمها حق الطفل في إعلام هادف ينمي شخصيته ويرفع من قدراته. انطلاقا من هذا سوف نحاول من خلال هذه المداخلة تسليط الضوء على معالجة اتفاقية حقوق الطفل لسنة 1989 لحق الطفل في الإعلام، وكذا معالجة هذا الحق على المستوى الوطني وهذا بالتطرق إلى تعريف الطفل، الظروف الدولية لإبرام اتفاقية حقوق الطفل، التعريف باتفاقية حقوق الطفل، المبادئ التي تكرسها هذه الاتفاقية، إضافة إلى التكريس القانوني لحق الطفل في إعلام يعلي من شأنه على المستوى الدولي وفقا لاتفاقية حقوق الطفل، وكذا التكريس القانوني لحق الطفل في الإعلام على المستوى الوطني. Abstract : The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child issued in 1989 enshrines many rights, the most important of which is the right of the child to meaningful information that develops his personality and raises his abilities. Proceeding from this, we will try through this intervention to shed light on the treatment of the Convention on the Rights of the Child of 1989 for the right of the child to information, as well as addressing this right at the national level by addressing the definition of the child, the international circumstances for the conclusion of the Convention on the Rights of the Child, the definition of the Convention on the Rights of the Child, the principles that It is enshrined in this Convention, in addition to the legal enshrinement of the child's right to information that is highly valued at the international level in accordance with the Convention on the Rights of the Child, as well as the legal enshrinement of the child's right to information at the national level.
