الملخص
الملخص تحتل حماية الحياة الخاصة بؤرة اهتمام الإنسان منذ القدم وتستهدف هذه الحماية صون كرامة الإنسان واحترام آدميته من خلال عدم التطفل عليه وعدم انتهاك أسراره ومحادثته وسائر جوانب حياته الخاصة. إنّ الحق في الحياة الخاصة وليد حاجة إنسانية تستوجب الاحترام، وتستدعي حماية القانون التي ينبغي أن تزداد وتتفاعل كلما زادت احتمالات التهديد الذي يتعرض له، فإنَ العامل يعاني بصورة خاصة من ضعف الحماية لحقوقه، لاسيما تلك المتعلقة بحقه في احترام حياته الخاصة، في ظل ما يمارس ضِده من تهديدٍ سواء من قبل أفراد المجتمع باعتباره أحد أفراده من جهة، أو باعتباره عامل يرتبط بعلاقة تبعية تجعله تابعا لصاحب العمل من جهة ثانية، هذه العلاقة التي تفرض رقابة صاحب العامل لنشاط العامل ومدى تنفيذه للعمل المكلف به، مما ينجر عنها المبالغة في ممارسة هذه السلطة وانتهاك الحياة الخاصة للعامل. Abstract: Protection of private life has been at the centre of man's attention since the age. This protection aims to safeguard human dignity and respect for human life through non-intrusion, non-violation of his secrets, conversation and other aspects of his private life. The right to private life is born of a human need that requires respect. and calls for the protection of the law, which should increase and interact as the threat to which it is exposed increases, In particular, the worker suffers from poor protection of his or her rights, particularly those relating to his or her right to respect for his or her private life, In the light of the threat against him by both members of the community as one of his members on the one hand or as a worker associated with a subsidiary relationship that makes him a subsidiary of the employer on the other hand, This relationship, which imposes the supervision of the employee's activity and the extent to which the employee carries out the work entrusted to him excessive exercise of this power and violation of the worker's private life.
