El Wanchariss of historical studies (ISSN * 2800-1346 , EISSN 2830-8387) It's A Peer-Reviewed, Open Access Historical Journal published by the Department of History at Djillali Bounaama University, Khemis Miliana, Ain Defla Province (Algeria). This semi-annual journal publishes original scholarly research articles both in print and electronically, freely available for reading and downloading. The journal is open to researchers, both domestic and international, to publish their original and serious scholarly work.

The journal specializes in historical studies and research in various fields and specialties (ancient, medieval, modern, contemporary), addressing all issues related to the field of historical research and related fields such as archaeology, museology, anthropology, sociology, philosophy of history, and the history of education. The journal also occasionally dedicates special issues to specific topics or conference proceedings within the scope of the journal.The journal aims to publish specialized historical research and studies, to keep pace with historical research efforts in Algerian and international universities, and to provide an academic platform for researchers to disseminate historical knowledge with the aim of contributing to innovative work in this fieldthrough rigorously and objectively presented research that adheres to the methodology and steps of scientific research recognized worldwide. The journal also aims to develop academic scientific research in Algeria.
