دور الشورى في تحقيق الانتصارات العسكرية بعد عصر النبوة

الملخص
توضح الدراسة أن اعتماد مبدأ الشورى لم يكن مجرد قيمة أخلاقية أو دينية، بل كان أداة عملية في صنع القرار العسكري والسياسي، مما أسهم في تحقيق النجاح والاستقرار في الدولة الإسلامية. وقد أسهمت بدور كبير في توجيه القرارات المصيرية التي اتخذها قادة المسلمين في مختلف العصور. يهدف هذا البحث إلى إبراز دور الشورى في تحقيق عدد من الانتصارات العسكرية في التاريخ الإسلامي بعد عصر النبوة ، الامر الذى ساعد على الوصول إلى أفضل الآراء وأكثرها واقعية في مواجهة التحديات المختلفة و بسرد عدد من المواقف لتاريخية التي لجأ فيها القادة إلى استشارة كبار الصحابة والقادة العسكريين قبل اتخاذ القرار أو الوقوع في الأخطاء الفردية THE study demonstrates that the adoption of the principle of shūrā (consultation) was not merely a moral or religious ideal; rather, it constituted a practical and effective mechanism in both military and political decision-making. This contributed significantly to achieving success and maintaining stability within the Islamic state. Furthermore, shūrā played a pivotal role in guiding the critical and strategic decisions undertaken by Muslim leaders across various historical periods. This research seeks to examine the role of shūrā in securing a number of military victories in Islamic history following the Prophetic era. It argues that the consultative approach enabled decision-makers to arrive at more sound, balanced, and contextually grounded judgments when confronting diverse challenges. To this end, the study analyzes a selection of historical cases in which leaders relied on consultation with senior Companions and experienced military commanders prior to making decisions, thereby minimizing the risks associated with unilateral decision-making and individual error.
