الامن الاجتماعي في مواجهة الاشاعة الالكترونية _ مقاربة سوسيولوجية ثقافية _

الملخص
ملخص: تشهد المجتمعات المعاصرة تحديات متزايدة بفعل الانتشار السريع للإشاعة الالكترونية في الفضاء الرقمي ، حيث لم تعد مجرد معلومة زائفة ، بل تحولت الى ظاهرة اجتماعية وثقافية تهدد الامن الاجتماعي وتضعف الثقة بين الافراد والمؤسسات، تهدف هذه المداخلة الى مقاربة الظاهرة من منظور سوسيولوجي وثقافي، من خلال تحليل انعكاساتها على الروابط الاجتماعية والقيم الثقافية ، مثل: التضامن والانتماء والشفافية، كما تسعى الى ابراز دور الثقافة الرقمية في اعادة تشكيل الوعي الجمعي، وتوضيح كيف يمكن للأمن الاجتماعي ان يوظف التربية الاعلامية واستراتيجيات الاتصال المؤسساتي لمواجهة اثار الاشاعة الالكترونية ، وتخلص المداخلة الى التصدي لهذه الظاهرة يتطلب رؤية شمولية تتجاوز الحلول التقنية ، نحو تعزيز الثقافة النقدية وبناء الثقة المجتمعية كخط دفاع اول ضد التضليل الرقمي . Abstract: Contemporary societies are facing increasing challenges due to the rapid spread of electronic rumors in the digital space. These rumors are no longer merely false information, but have transformed into a social and cultural phenomenon that threatens social security and weakens trust between individuals and institutions. This study aims to approach this phenomenon from a sociological and cultural perspective, by analyzing its repercussions on social bonds and cultural values, such as solidarity, belonging, and transparency. It also seeks to highlight the role of digital culture in reshaping collective consciousness, and to clarify how social security can employ media literacy and institutional communication strategies to counter the effects of electronic rumors. The intervention concludes that addressing this phenomenon requires a comprehensive vision that goes beyond technical solutions, towards promoting critical culture and building community trust as the first line of defense against digital misinformation.
