Abstract
Abstract: Educational leadership is crucial for enhancing the quality of education and the success of educational institutions. Amid rapid digital transformation, there is a pressing need for new educational leadership strategies that address the demands of the digital age and adapt to the swift changes in learning environments. This study adopts both theoretical and practical approaches to explore how educational leaders can leverage digital transformation tools to increase educational effectiveness and foster inclusivity and interactivity. It examines various aspects of digital transformation, including technology, the educational environment, and institutional culture. الملخص: تعد القيادة التربوية من العناصر الأساسية التي تؤثر على جودة التعليم ونجاح المؤسسات التعليمية ، وفي ظل التحول الرقمي المتسارع تبرز الحاجة الى تطوير استراتيجيات جديدة في القيادة التربوية تستجيب لمتطلبات العصر الرقمي وتواكب التغيرات السريعة في بيئات التعلم. تستند هذه الدراسة الى مقاربة نظرية عملية تهدف الى استكشاف كيفية تمكين القيادات التربوية من استخدام أدوات التحول الرقمي لتعزيز فاعلية التعليم وجعله اكثر شمولية وتفاعلية ، تقوم الدراسة على تحليل الابعاد المختلفة للتحول الرقمي بما في ذلك التكنولوجيا والبيئة التعليمية والثقافة المؤسسية .
