Artificial Intelligence And Intellectual Property Protection Issues: A Study Of Patents And Copyright

Abstract
The modern age is characterized by constant technological innovations, among which artificial intelligence (AI) solutions are an important and integral part. Such developments have resulted in many new issues that need to be addressed, with intellectual property laws being one of the areas in which new problems emerge. The connection between intellectual property and artificial intelligence may be traced in the realm of invention and innovation, thus giving rise to the problem of protecting creations developed using AI tools. This research aims at evaluating the extent to which intellectual property regulations can accommodate inventions created through artificial intelligence and adapt the existing body of laws to the current technological landscape. شهد عصرنا الحالي تطور تكنولوجي كبير،و تعد أنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي جزء لا يتجزأ و ركن أساسي في هذا التطور مما أدى إلى ظهور العديد من الاشكالات المستجدة على الساحة القانونية، أهمها التي تنشأ بسبب أنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي كالمتعلقة بحقوق الملكية الفكرية و كيفية حماية الأعمال التي تنتج باستخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي. و ترتبط حقوق الملكية الفكرية بالذكاء الاصطناعي و تتقاطع معه في القدرة على الإبداع و الاختراع لذا يمكن أن يكون هناك حاجة لحماية الملكية الفكرية لتلك الاختراعات الناتجة عن الذكاء الاصطناعي. و تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إظهار مدى كفاية قوانين الملكية الفكرية لتطبيقها على الاختراعات و الابداعات الناتجة عن الذكاء الاصطناعي محاولة للتوفيق بين النصوص القانونية و التطور التكنولوجي الحاصل الذي نحن عليه الآن.
