Legal Protection Of Artificial Intelligence Systems In Light Of Intellectual Property Law

Abstract
rapid technological progress has given rise to artificial intelligence systems that have revolutionized various fields. These artificial intelligence systems, powered by advanced algorithms, machine learning, and data analysis, have transformed industries and impacted our daily lives in numerous ways. This study examines the degree to which existing intellectual property laws have accommodate the new creations produced by artificial intelligence, and assesses whether the emergence of such creations and inventions requires amendments to the legal framework of intellectual property. Furthermore, the study highlights some of the international efforts made to regulate artificial intelligence systems.
