Abstract This research investigates the legal dimensions of liability arising from artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, analyzing the adequacy of traditional tort law principles in addressing the increasing autonomy of these systems within global legislative frameworks The study focuses on evidentiary challenges linked to “algorithmic opacity” and the complexities of establishing causation Furthermore, it proposes regulatory frameworks centered on mandatory insurance and centralized registration as mechanisms for risk management, The paper also explores the potential for granting limited legal personhood to intelligent entities, emphasizing the necessity of developing a flexible judicial system that balances the protection of civil rights with the promotion of technological innovation to keep pace with rapid digital transformations.
