الملخص
الملخص: يتناول هذا المقال موضوع التحول الرقمي وانعكاساته على المؤسسة المعاصرة من منظور سوسيو- تنظيمي، من خلال مقاربة تحليلية تسعى إلى فهم هذا التحول بوصفه عملية شاملة تتجاوز البعد التقني لتشمل إعادة تشكيل هياكل المؤسسة وأساليب عملها، حيث ينطلق من إبراز التحول الرقمي كديناميكية تؤثر في مختلف أبعاد التنظيم، مما يسهم في تحسين الأداء ويعزز الكفاءة والقدرة التنافسية في ظل المتطلبات المتزايدة المرتبطة بتطوير البنية التحتية الرقمية وتأهيل الموارد البشرية، كما يسلط الضوء على التحولات التي تطال البنية التنظيمية للمؤسسة المعاصرة، وما يترتب عنها من إعادة صياغة للعلاقات المهنية وأنماط الاتصال وتوزيع السلطة، وفي هذا السياق يقدم المقال قراءة تحليلية للتحديات السوسيو- تنظيمية التي تواجه المؤسسات في ظل هذا التحول، ليخلص في الأخير إلى مجموعة من المقترحات التي يمكن أن تسهم في تجاوز تلك التحديات وتعزز قدرة المؤسسة على التكيف مع البيئة الرقمية المتغيرة. Abstract: This article examines digital transformation and its implications on the contemporary organization from a socio-organizational perspective. It employs an analytical approach that views this transformation as a comprehensive process extending beyond the technical dimension to encompass the restructuring of organizational frameworks and operational methods. The article highlights digital transformation as a dynamic force influencing various organizational aspects, thereby contributing to improved performance and enhanced efficiency and competitiveness amidst the growing demands associated with developing digital infrastructure and up skilling human resources. It also highlights the transformations affecting the organizational structure of the contemporary enterprise, and the resulting reconfiguration of professional relationships, communication patterns, and the distribution of authority. In this context, the article offers an analytical perspective on the socio-organizational challenges facing enterprises amidst this shift, ultimately proposing a set of recommendations to help overcome these challenges and enhance the organization's ability to adapt the changing digital environment.
