الملخص
الملخص : حددت منظمة الأمم المتحدة سبعة عشر هدفا لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة وفق خطة تمتد إلى2030 ليحتل هدف المساواة بين الجنسين المرتبة الخامسة. كما أضافت في أحد تقاريرها بأن المساواة بين الجنسين ليس حقا من حقوق الانسان فحسب، وإنما أساس لإحلال السلام والرخاء والاستدامة في العالم. كما أن موضوع تمكين المرأة والتنمية المستدامة يعد أحد اهتمامات العلوم السياسية؛ فقد ركزت على دراسته بشكل شامل وناقد من خلال منظور الاتجاه المعاصر؛ الذي ينادي بحتمية تمكين المرأة في شتى المجالات، بدء بالتعليم والرعاية الصحية، والحق في العمل والقضاء على كل اشكال العنف، وصولا إلى التمثيل والمشاركة في صنع القرار السياسي، الاقتصادي والاجتماعي. انطلاقا مما سبق، تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى استقصاء اسهامات الاتجاه المعاصر في العلوم السياسية في موضوع تمكين المرأة ودورها في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، من خلال التركيز على النظريات السياسية المفسرة لذلك. Abstract: The United Nations has set seventeen goals for achieving sustainable development, according to a plan that extends to 2030 to occupy the goal of equality between the sexes the fifth degree. It also added in one of its reports that the quality between the sexes is not only a human right, but rather a basis for making peace, and prosperity and sustainability in the world. Also, the topic of empowering women and sustainable development is one of the interests of political science. It focused to study it in a comprehensive and critical way through the perspective of the contemporary trend, which calls for the imperative of empowering women in various fields, beginning with education and health care, the right to work and the elimination of all forms of violence, through to represent and participate in political, economic and social decision-making. In the light of the above, this research paper aims to investigate the contributions of the contemporary trend in political science in the matter of empowering women and their role in achieving sustainable development, by focusing on the political theories that explain this.
