Guarantees Granted To Investors According To Law 22-18 Relating To Investment In Algeria

Abstract
The modern regulatory system for investment (such as the legislative framework in Algeria according to Law 22-18) views investment as a key driver of sustainable development. This vision is based on the principles of transparency, equality, and freedom of investment, and is managed through clear institutional mechanisms to facilitate business and provide the necessary guarantees. Investment Law No. 22-18 has enshrined new guarantees, principles, and concepts for investment in order to enhance investor confidence and make him willing to invest without hesitation. ينظر النظام التنظيمي الحديث للاستثمار (كالإطار التشريعي في الجزائر بموجب القانون رقم 22-18) إلى الاستثمار باعتباره محركاً أساسياً للتنمية المستدامة. وتستند هذه الرؤية إلى مبادئ الشفافية والمساواة وحرية الاستثمار، وتُدار من خلال آليات مؤسسية واضحة لتيسير الأعمال وتوفير الضمانات اللازمة. وقد رسّخ قانون الاستثمار رقم 22-18 ضمانات ومبادئ ومفاهيم جديدة للاستثمار بهدف تعزيز ثقة المستثمرين وتشجيعهم على الاستثمار دون تردد.
