A legal scholarly article serves as a statement supported by evidence and arguments; it is neither a mere narrative nor a presentation of specific facts, Its aim is to prove the validity of one or more ideas; it is possible to defend the hypothesis we favour provided we do so with the utmost seriousness and steadfastness. Even if objectivity is lacking, the will to be objective remains, and this yields several benefits, including academic integrity, a thorough understanding of the issue at hand, and coherence of ideas. All of this serves as a guarantee of reaching logical conclusions, accompanied by practical and feasible suggestions or recommendations that increase the likelihood of the article being accepted for publication in peer-reviewed scholarly journals.
